IF YOUR ORDER INCLUDES SMOKED SAUSAGE (JERKY, SNACK STICKS, AND SUMMER SAUSAGES) IT MAY TAKE LONGER THAN THE ESTIMATED TIME GIVEN.
AGAIN, THIS WAS DISCUSSED WITH YOU AT THE TIME OF DROP-OFF.
YOUR MEAT IS FROZEN WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER ATTACHED AND WILL BE PULLED FROM THE FREEZER ONCE IT IS TIME TO PROCESS AND SMOKE YOUR ORDER.
You will pickup at the same location you placed your order at.

Once your Invoice Number has been posted, you will have 3 business days to pick up your order or a storage fee will begin to apply on the 4th business day.
Orders are posted on the website before they receive a phone call.
Bring your Invoice
with you to our office as we will not release any order without an Invoice.
DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR INVOICE!
If you are having another party pick up your order, they must either have the original invoice or a texted copy of it on their phone/email.
INVOICES PROVE OWNERSHIP!
If the office door is locked, please ring the bell and someone will be with you shortly.
Storage Fees are an included part of your invoice/contract with us. By leaving your animal with us, you are agreeing to our storage fees as well as any other terms.
You will be issued a pickup date at drop-off for Part I Orders. These orders MUST BE PICKED UP on your assigned date or a storage fee of $5 PER DAY/PER BAG FEE will begin to apply on the next business day.
Once you have been notified that your Part II order is complete, you will have 3 business days to pickup your order or a storage fee of $5 PER DAY, PER BAG FEE will begin to apply
on the 4th business day.
These fees are strictly enforced as we DO NOT have room to store your order and storing orders does not allow us to offer services to other hunters.
Orders that have not been picked up or claimed after 60 days from the first date of notification will be considered abandoned and disposed of accordingly

It is your responsibility to ensure your order(s) are being picked up in a timely manner.
